The Opportunity
As People Business Partner (PBP), you will be joining our growing people team which is dedicated to building a modern, flexible and fun work environment which fosters our people's wellbeing and development. You will become a central point of contact for our team members and people leaders around core People topics and reinforce our team spirit and sense of belonging.
In this role, you will partner with people leaders across the organization to design and implement effective People/HR frameworks, processes, and initiatives. You will play a key role in our global workforce expansion efforts, ensuring a smooth and successful entry into new markets as needed. Additionally, your strong stakeholder management skills will be crucial in building trust and alignment with internal and external partners.
As a mentor and coach, you will be responsible for developing the capabilities of the People Team as well as people leads across client groups, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Our customers are large asset operators and industrial service providers pioneering the use of robotics technology for inspection and maintenance. Our robotic solution enables autonomous routine inspections and monitoring of large scale industrial facilities for increased safety and productivity.
We are proud of our entrepreneurial culture, enthusiastic about our work and put a lot of energy and persistence into achieving our goals. As a member of the People team, you will work closely with all Departments as a partner to people managers.

Your Contributions

  • Lead the implementation of 2.0 People frameworks, processes, and programs related to organizational development, compensation, workforce planning, performance management, well-being, engagement programs, and employee relations as ANYbotics continues to scale
  • Partner with and consult people leaders on all operational matters as well as strategic People initiatives, offering solutions and coaching
  • Proactively identify, assess and address development and well-being opportunities for individuals and at scale
  • Integrate and partner with People colleagues: Talent, Workplace and People Operations/Experience, providing operational ad-hoc support as needed
  • Utilize People Analytics to identify trends, diagnose problems, design evidence-based solutions that drive business results, and raise trends/concerns to leadership team where appropriate

Your Profile

  • 5+ years experience in a people-related role, ideally within a tech or high-growth environments
  • 2+ years of experience in a People/HR Business Partner role
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing People/HR frameworks and processes
  • Subject matter expert in at least one of the following: organizational design and development, leadership development, change management, or performance management
  • Effective partner to external and internal operational stakeholders, especially Finance, Legal/Compliance, Internal Comms and Operations
  • Experience in leading talent planning, performance management cycles, compensation reviews, and manager development initiatives
  • Track record of effectively communicating People/ HR initiatives and strategies in English and to all levels of the organization
