The Opportunity
Join our A-Team and Make a Real Impact in the World of Robotics
You will join the newly formed Revenue Operations (RevOps) team at ANYbotics, working closely with Commercial Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success. You will participate in building a data-driven framework, ensure top-notch data quality, and constantly propose new ways to optimize revenue processes. You will work with the RevOps team to manage tools like HubSpot CRM and Sigma BI, generating insights and driving collaboration. The RevOps function is an essential catalyst for growth at ANYbotics, shaping a single source of truth and streamlining a seamless, end-to-end commercial journey. You will also contribute to scaling our commercial operations and ensuring cross-functional alignment, helping drive consistent revenue growth as we refine and expand our systems.
Your Contributions
- Develop and implement data quality checks for sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success teams.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to execute tasks within commercial projects.
- Analyze data and create reports to inform business decisions and improve sales, marketing and customer success processes.
- Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to our CRM, business intelligence (BI), marketing and other commercial tools.
- Provide support to commercial teams by investigating and resolving data-related issues.
- Clean, standardize, and maintain data within CRM and other relevant systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and use common business metrics (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline stages, volume metrics, AARRR).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent command of English
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with CRM or BI tools (e.g., HubSpot, Sigma, or other similar).
- Academic coursework or project experience analyzing sales funnels, marketing performance, or overall revenue generation.
- Awareness of modern sales, marketing and customer success platforms (e.g., conversational intelligence, sales and marketing automation, AI agents).
- Experience supporting lead generation initiatives or analyzing campaign performance.
