Product Manager
Primary responsibility is to support the product management team in defining, building, and scaling Ati’s product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
• Product Strategy & Vision
  • Support the TPM in defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ati’s products.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the AMR industry.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives.
• Product Development
    • Work closely with the Engineering, R&D, and Design teams to translate customer needs into product requirements and specifications.
    • Prioritize features and manage the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
    • Collaborate with all stakeholders to enhancements based on customer needs and market trends.
    • Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.
• Customer Focus
  • Engage with customers, partners, and end-users to gather feedback and understand their pain points.
  • Ensure that product features and functionalities address customer needs and deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Support customer discovery processes by gathering feedback and insights through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as the primary point of contact between Engineering, R&D, Design, Customer Success, Sales, After Sales, Sales, and other teams.
  • Facilitate communication and ensure alignment across teams to achieve product goals.
  • Provide regular updates to the Management on product progress, challenges, andopportunities.
• Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Create product documentation, including user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria, training materials, and sales enablement tools.
  • Serve as a product advocate, effectively communicating product vision and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Performance Tracking
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Report on product metrics and insights to the Head of Product Management.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AMR and Robotics.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
  • MBA from a 2nd Tier Management institute.
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager in the industrial automation industry. Robotics is a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing complex technical products from concept to launch.
  • Strong understanding/inclination towards robotics technologies
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Excel, Jira).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for innovation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional programs simultaneously in a fast- paced environment.
