Strong partnerships drive Clue’s success. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping strategic collaborations that amplify our reach, strengthen our business, and create value for our users and partners. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, science, and the leadership team to identify, develop, and execute high-impact partnerships that align with Clue’s mission and business goals.
WHO YOU ARE
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, partnerships, or growth strategy—ideally in digital health, femtech, or consumer tech.
- Experienced in high-value partnerships, securing deals that drive revenue growth and brand expansion.
- Passionate about women’s health, health equity, and the future of digital health solutions.
- Well-versed in the corporate benefits space, including platforms, offerings, programs, and key industry players.
- Strong network with medium-to-large corporates across key geographies (UK, US, Western Europe) and skilled in stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and execute a business development strategy that aligns with Clue’s mission and growth objectives, securing meaningful partnerships in digital health, wellness, and beyond.
- Identify new opportunities for monetization and expansion, working with internal teams to align partnerships with product, marketing, and user engagement goals.
- Own the end-to-end process of deal-making, from outreach to structuring agreements and ensuring successful execution.
- Work closely with marketing, product, science, and data teams to develop partnership initiatives that enhance Clue’s brand and value proposition.
- Serve as a key external spokesperson, positioning Clue as a thought leader in femtech, digital health, and women’s health innovation.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals that drive measurable business impact
- A strong network in health tech, digital health, wellness, or related industries is a plus
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze partnership performance and optimize for long-term success
- Excellent communication skills in English
