NOTE FROM YOUR TEAM
Strong brand presence and trust are key to Clue’s success. As Director of PR & Social, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that build brand awareness, manage our reputation, and drive user and business growth. You’ll lead Clue’s PR, communications, and social and influencer function, working cross-functionally with product, science, and leadership to deliver impactful campaigns and partnerships that align with Clue’s mission and values.
WHO YOU ARE
- A strategic, creative leader with a proven track record in brand building, PR, and social — ideally in a consumer-driven subscription business in the lifestyle or health space.
- Experienced in leading integrated communications and social-first campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media that drive brand visibility, user acquisition, and engagement.
- Skilled in managing external agencies (PR, influencer, creative) and building strong relationships with media, influencers, and consumer partners.
- Passionate about women’s health, health equity, and making an impact through authentic storytelling and purpose-driven brand work.
- An exceptional communicator and people leader who thrives in fast-moving, collaborative environments.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the development and execution of Clue’s global communications and social strategy, positioning the brand as a leader in femtech and digital health.
- Lead Clue’s consumer communications, including PR campaigns, influencer social media, and PR first brand partnerships.
- Partner with the brand and creative team to identify, execute, and deliver world class campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement
- Manage external PR agencies and influencer partnerships to amplify Clue’s story in key markets (US, UK, Germany, and beyond).
- Drive strategic campaigns that strengthen brand equity, build community, and support business growth and user engagement.
- Partner closely with product, science, data, and leadership teams to align messaging across user touchpoints and ensure consistency in tone and voice.
- Serve as a key voice for Clue externally, helping to elevate our brand presence in media, at events, and across owned channels.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience in a brand, influencer marketing, and public relations role, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Deep understanding of media landscape, influencer culture, and brand communications strategy.
- Experience managing agencies, budgets, and a small in-house team.
- Passion for purpose-driven brands and a strong instinct for what makes a story resonate.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
