NOTE FROM THE TEAM

As a Working Student in Social at Clue, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how we show up across social channels and engage with our global community. You will support the development, creation, and execution of social-first content that amplifies Clue’s mission and empowers people worldwide.

You’ll work closely with our PR, Brand, Content, and Marketing teams to create engaging content, manage day-to-day social operations, and contribute to creative campaigns. If you’re a creative thinker with a sharp eye for trends, love storytelling, and want to gain practical experience, this role is for you.

WHO YOU ARE

• You’re a proactive, structured thinker with a strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital storytelling.
• You’re comfortable working across multiple formats (video, photo, text) and enjoy bringing creative ideas to life.
• You collaborate well with different teams and can take initiative when driving small projects forward.
• You stay up-to-date on social trends, formats, and platforms — and you enjoy experimenting.
• You are enrolled at a university (Universität or Fachhochschule) in Germany (this is a must)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support the planning, production, and publishing of social-first content across Clue’s channels.
• Support creation of weekly/monthly content for Clue's core social platforms
• Conduct community management, including engaging with followers and monitoring conversations.
• Support with tracking social performance, update internal documents, and support reporting, both monthly and quarterly.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Strong passion for social content creation, with experience producing content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Proven experience with editing tools (e.g., CapCut, TikTok, Figma, Canva etc.).
• Ability to edit quickly and creatively while maintaining brand consistency.
• Awareness and understanding of how different content formats can be used across different social platforms
• Experience or interest in community management.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
