About the position:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper & payroll controller to join our Finance team. Bookkeeper who can work efficiently in Excel and Priority ERP, communicate well with the business team, manage aspects of the monthly close, and drive positive process changes across the business and different cross-functional departments.

Requirements

  • Certified bookkeeper- Minimum level 2.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of bookkeeping experience - must.
  • Experience in high-tech/Saas companies - an advantage.
  • Experience with Priority system – a must.
  • Payroll controller.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • English at an advanced level (both spoken and written)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Team player and service-oriented.
  • This is a temporary position (4-6 months with an option to extension)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the entire company's bookkeeping
  • Monthly / quarterly closing procedures including accrued expenses, fixed assets and prepayments.
  • Manage local and foreign AP/AR including processing invoices and communicating with vendors.
  • Bank and credit card reconciliation.
  • Reconciliation - Intercompany accounts
  • Responsible for the payments process
  • Employee reimbursement management.
  • Assure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements
  • Incharge of payroll process with external payroll providers
  • Assist and support our external audit process
  • Ad hoc accounting projects as needed
