- You will work on “translating” the Go-to-Market Strategy that works perfectly in Germany and France To the needs of the North American Market, with initial focus on the Denver Metro Area.
- You will build up a Team of Account Executives who are able to sell to HR Decision Makers while coaching them regarding sales strategies to drive closure.
- You will participate and lead in client and prospect meetings as well as work cross-functionally with customers and corporate resources as the need arises.
- You will be responsible for ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new team members on the sales process.
- You will consistently monitor the sales activity of the team, track the results and initiate improvement plans as necessary.
- You will build up a Team of Business Development Representatives who are able to win key partnerships with gym and sports facilities for the EGYM Wellpass offering.
- You will participate and lead in client and prospect meetings as well as work cross-functionally with our Corporate Sales organization.
- In this role you will report on sales activity and forecast to the VP of Sales, based in Munich!
