Would you like to transform the fitness and health industry with us? In this role you will work in our new Revenue Operations team in Munich and leverage data and processes to support the operations of all teams along the revenue funnel (Sales, Marketing, CSM/KAM, BDR/SDR). The team's goal is to build an effective revenue engine, by aligning the right people with the right repeatable processes, driven by the right data, tech, and metrics.
- Ownership & Optimization: You own the Sales Funnel, Pipeline Management & Forecasting Process from a Revenue Operations perspective. You play a key role in optimizing CVRs and pipeline management and help us to reach our ambitious targets
- Meeting Organization: You create a meeting cadence with relevant stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, CSM, BDR/SDR) to align around business goals
- Contact person: You will be a go-to person for our Head of Departments to discover the potential for improvement in our revenue performance
- Empowering data-driven mindset: You will empower a data-driven mindset by establishing best in class analytics
- Creating insights: You create actionable insights with short and long-term reports, metrics, and objectives while focusing on enhancing workflows and cross-departmental engagement
- Revenue Enablement: You identify and remove obstacles that delay or stop our teams from generating revenue
