We are looking for an experienced Marketing Analyst (m/f/d) to join our team in Munich. As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting data, formulating reports, and making data-driven recommendations to optimize our marketing strategies. Your insights will directly impact our campaigns, customer acquisition, and overall business performance.

  • Data Collection: You collect and analyze data from various sources, including marketing channels and campaign performance metrics
  • Pipeline Evolution: You evolve the data pipeline, reporting, and monitoring by leveraging available data to build insightful KPI dashboards
  • Trend Analysis: You interpret data and identify trends to create actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing ROI
  • Team Collaboration: You collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide analytical support for marketing initiatives
  • Competitive Analysis: You conduct competitive analysis and market research to benchmark industry trends and best practices
  • Reporting: You present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear and concise reports and presentations
  • Data Integrity: You ensure data integrity and accuracy across marketing channels by performing regular data audits
Your fitness level
  • Professional Experience: You bring 3+ years of proven experience as a Marketing Analyst (m/f/d) or in a similar role with a focus on marketing channel/campaign reporting and digital marketing campaign analysis
  • Business Mindset: You possess a business and impact mindset with strong technical analytical skills to turn data into insights
  • Data Storytelling: You have experience and competency in building narratives based on data to convey the marketing influence story
  • Tool Proficiency: You have a strong understanding of marketing analytics, data aggregation, and visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Supermetrics, and Snowflake
  • Analytical Skills: You are able to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Stakeholder Partnership: You demonstrate effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to formulate KPIs and solutions to track them, to make data-driven business decisions
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • Expertise Development: You become the resident expert and trusted advisor of marketing analyses and our related tech stack
  • Strategy Crafting: You use your expertise to craft a short and long-term strategy for marketing data governance, including a plan for team adoption
  • Tool Exploration: You explore Tableau as a reporting tool for Marketing and begin connecting our tools
  • Dashboard Launch: You build and launch two additional dashboards: Customer Brand and Investor Brand
  • Campaign Coordination: You lead the coordination of tracking efforts around all external campaigns
