Recently acquired by a German competitor, we are entering a rebranding phase to merge the identities of our two brands while ensuring our growth in the French market.
Our Brand Designer plays a key role in shaping the visual aspects of our new brand identity.
As part of the Brand & Communication team within the Marketing department, you'll be the maestro of our brand's image, working closely with business teams to ensure every touchpoint is impactful and reflective of our core values.
Missions
Brand strategy :
- Contributing to the rebranding project in collaboration with the German and French teams, guiding design choices and ensuring a smooth and cohesive transition of our visual identity.
- Be responsible for ensuring the consistency and quality of our brands across all media and platformes. Create detailed brand guidelines for the french market and ensuring their understanding by internal teams and external stakeholders (agencies, freelances etc.)
Content creation :
- Design and produce effective visual materials for marketing campaigns, social media, website, events, presentations
- Lead video design and editing projects to create impactful content aligned with brand goals.
Cross-team work :
- Work with internal teams (growth, content, sales, people etc.) meeting their creative needs, building design solutions that fit their objectives and align with our overall business strategy
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure a consistent user experience across our app and communications.
- Manage work with freelance
Project management :
- Managing ongoing design projects, respecting deadlines, and adhering to allocated budgets.
- Drive design excellence and process improvements, leveraging tools and collaborating with peers.
Innovation :
- Explore new creative ideas to boost and support our brand identity
- Stay updated on competition, design trends, new tools, etc to keep our brand identity modern and innovative.
