- Team Work: You will work alongside the Enterprise Account Manager (m/f/d), aligning closely on commercial activities and forecasts for your key accounts (international with a focus on the UK region)
- Solution Implementation: You will coordinate the implementation process of EGYM products (software and hardware) and steer projects from both the customer’s and EGYM’s perspective
- Customer Satisfaction: You will ensure maximum customer satisfaction with our products and services at scale
- Client Business Objectives: You will define measurable goals for our key accounts and support them in developing and implementing the necessary actions to achieve these outcomes
- Churn Prevention: You will optimise the user adoption of all EGYM products and prevent customer churn
- Product Demonstrations: You will prepare and manage product demonstrations as well as strategic workshops for your accounts
- Product Feedback: You will contribute to EGYM’s product development roadmap by identifying and sharing customer-specific use cases internally
