As a (Senior) Data Analyst (m/f/d) for our Business Management Team in Munich, you’ll be at the core of our data strategy, shaping architecture, crafting impactful visualizations, and ensuring top-notch data quality. Data Architecture: You will be responsible for the set-up and development of our data structure for customer-facing departments, establishing the foundation for data analysis and reporting
Visualization: You create self-service business reports and dashboards (mainly) within Tableau, developing analytics, visualizations and ad hoc reporting to deliver meaningful insights to the Gymtech/Sales organization
Data Quality: You support the team by developing new business logics based on existing data and enhancing the organization’s data quality in close collaboration with the internal Data Manager
Trend Analysis: You proactively identify and analyze trends in key business metrics, delivering actionable insights to drive decision-making across the organization
Project Management: You lead cross-functional collaboration, manage projects to deliver tailored data solutions and act as a global Data Analyst (m/f/d)
Process Automation: You drive scalability by automating (partially) manual processes in Excel or Tableau

Your fitness level

Working Experience: You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree in a relevant subject and at least 3 years of experience in Sales/Data Analytics in a fast-paced environment
Tools: You have a strong user knowledge of Excel, SQL, Tableau and/or any other BI tools; Salesforce is a plus
Mindset: You have very strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
Logical Understanding: You have a very good understanding of data objectives and logics (structure)
Stakeholder Management: You have a good intuition for people and the ability to influence successful stakeholders
Language skills: You have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and preferably also in German

Your training goal for your first 6 months

Maintenance: You dived into our existing reporting structure and kept it fully functioning and running smoothly
Innovation: You successfully introduced new dashboards and reports in Tableau and supported process automations
Network: You build and foster trustful relationships with our (country) managers/direct reports and other stakeholder teams
Continuous Improvement: You actively contributed your new ideas and participated in team discussions to enhance our efforts
