You will support our Customer Master Data Manager in ensuring data accuracy and consistency across core systems such as Salesforce, SAP, our Data Warehouse, and internal tools. You will work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and help us take our data quality to the next level!
- Duplicate Management: You identify and manage duplicate customer records through deduplication and merge processes
- Data Update Execution: You perform standardized customer master data updates such as name and address changes
- Ticket Processing: You support the daily handling of customer data change requests and follow up where needed
- Data Monitoring: You monitor customer master data across multiple systems and flag inconsistencies proactively
- Stakeholder Collaboration: You communicate with stakeholders from different teams to clarify and process data corrections
- Process Documentation: You optionally support the documentation of customer data processes and best practices
