Are you passionate about structured thinking and data excellence? Do you want to contribute to maintaining high-quality B2B customer data in a fast-growing international company? Join EGYM’s Operational Excellence team in Munich! You will support our Customer Master Data Manager in ensuring data accuracy and consistency across core systems such as Salesforce, SAP, our Data Warehouse, and internal tools. You will work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and help us take our data quality to the next level!

  • Duplicate Management: You identify and manage duplicate customer records through deduplication and merge processes
  • Data Update Execution: You perform standardized customer master data updates such as name and address changes
  • Ticket Processing: You support the daily handling of customer data change requests and follow up where needed
  • Data Monitoring: You monitor customer master data across multiple systems and flag inconsistencies proactively
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: You communicate with stakeholders from different teams to clarify and process data corrections
  • Process Documentation: You optionally support the documentation of customer data processes and best practices
Your fitness level
  • Enrollment Status: You are currently enrolled as a student in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
  • Technical Proficiency: You are tech-savvy and comfortable with Excel and/or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
  • Working Style: You demonstrate a structured, detail-oriented approach and are eager to develop new skills
  • System Experience: You ideally have first experiences with systems like Salesforce, SAP, Jira, SQL, or Data Warehouses
  • Communication Skills: You bring strong communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively across departments
  • Language Skills: You are fluent in English (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • Process Understanding: You understand the customer master data lifecycle and EGYM’s system landscape
  • Ticket Management: You independently handle simple customer data tickets in Salesforce and SAP
  • Quality Improvement: You contribute to ongoing data quality improvements through diligent execution and critical thinking
  • Stakeholder Communication: You build confidence in working with live production data and communicating with internal stakeholders
