Your mission will be to guide new clients from both the Belgium and French market through innovative launches, track performance in the first months of collaboration, and meet the expectations of clients in our 1-to-Many portfolio.

- Onboarding Management: Support new clients in their start with Wellpass. This includes handover from the sales team, first contact with the client, creating a specific action plan for launch, and tracking KPIs for the first 3 months.
- Identifying Business Opportunities: Collaborate with other Customer Success Managers to develop revenue and offer the best deals to our clients. You’ll also work closely with the Renewal team, which handles contractual matters alongside the CSMs.
- Managing the 1-to-Many Portfolio: Using our inbound request management tool (Intercom), you’ll interact with numerous clients (HR, HR Directors, Works Councils) and adapt to their specific needs. Our work is always focused on client satisfaction with a “problem-solver” mindset.
- Team Project Management: As the CSM team grows, we must develop scalable strategies to meet objectives while handling volume. Each team member manages side projects in collaboration with other EGYM Wellpass departments to optimize processes and boost performance.
- Event: Host client visits and lead webinars to promote EGYM Wellpass throughout the company and increase engagement.
- Tool Mastery: You’ll be trained to use internal tools including Salesforce, Tableau, Intercom, Braze, Beefree, Notion, Google Suite, Slack, etc.
