In this role, you will reinforce our commitment to safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining compliance with data protection regulations — while enabling innovation and speed. You will own data privacy for EGYM, negotiate and standardize SaaS/IT contracts (including DPAs, joint-controller, and C2C agreements), translate complex legal frameworks into pragmatic business solutions, and coordinate our network of global and regional legal experts. - Privacy Leadership: You drive and evolve our privacy framework, maintain processing records, conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Third-Party Transfer Impact Assessment (TTIAs), and ensure strong compliance across products and regions.
- Operational Excellence: You simplify, standardize, and continuously improve privacy operations in close partnership with the Product, Technology, and InfoSec team.
- Training & Awareness: You design and deliver targeted training to internal teams, building a culture of privacy awareness and compliance.
- Contracting: You review, draft, and negotiate IT/SaaS contracts, DPAs, Joint Controller Agreements, and C2C agreements—creating and maintaining lean, business-friendly templates.
- Coordination: You manage and align the work of global and regional legal experts, ensuring consistent guidance and efficient execution across jurisdictions.
- Advisory Partner: You act as a trusted partner to product and tech teams—embedding early in feature development, go-lives, and international rollouts to spot risks and find solutions.
- Scaling: You lead or contribute to cross-functional and global projects, aligning stakeholders on priorities, goals, and expectations.
