As a Business Process Analyst (m/f/d) in Munich you will work closely with our Customer Service & Support department to uncover potential for improving our processes and our business. - Identifying Bottlenecks: You identify and resolve process bottlenecks
- Process Management: You are responsible for the scoping, development, mapping, and continuous improvement of business processes for Customer Service & Support and Order Management
- Standardization: You contribute to the standardization and structuring of our existing business processes
- Workshops: You design and conduct workshops to develop possible solutions
- Process Implementation: You design and implement process changes and improvements in collaboration with Project Managers (m/f/d)
- KPIs: You design, develop, and implement scalable process KPIs
- Efficiency: You ensure that our processes are designed to work efficiently across multiple systems
Your fitness level
- Qualification: You have training or further education in the field of process analysis/management (e.g. PDCA, LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
- Process Mapping: You are passionate about processes and have experience in developing and maintaining Business Process Maps
- Business Processes: You ideally have experience in the Business Process Management domain, especially in areas such as Customer Service & Support or Order Management
- Mindset: You have an analytical mindset combined with a high-quality awareness
- IT Skills: You have knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and ideally of Process Management softwares (e.g. Adonis, Signavio, Aris etc.)
- Language skills: You are fluent in English
Your training goal for your first 6 months
- Process expertise: You have gained full knowledge for our Business Processes across Customer Service & Support or Order Management E2E processes and act as a valued and knowledgeable stakeholder
- Process redesign: You redefine the process structure for collaborating with the Process Owner (m/f/d), the specialized departments and the internal Process Consultant
- Workshop facilitation: You facilitate workshops to map processes and are responsible for implementation and post-implementation activities
- Process KPI definition: You define the respective process KPIs
- Network: You have built trusting relationships with your team and stakeholders through your open nature and are valued for collaboration
- Project Participation: You participate in project squads helping define the AS-IS process and documenting the TO-BE process
