Your Daily Workout

• Support: You provide IT support in a modern cloud-based environment and support your colleagues with their questions and technical problems

• Equipment: You prepare equipment for new joiners, coordinate replacement equipment, and process old equipment that is being decommissioned

• Documentation: You create and maintain documentation on our systems and support processes

• On-Site: You will gear up and collaborate directly with your team from our Berlin office, as hands-on presence is key to powering our IT operations. Any temporary adjustments must be communicated in advance and approved by your manager

Your Fitness Level

• IT Studies: You are a student (m/f/d) in an Information Technology or similar field

• Technical Skills: You have a working understanding of computers and similar equipment

• Skills: You are interested in, or looking to learn more about the IT industry and Technology Support

• Working Style: You thrive in a team environment and work in a structured and independent manner

• Language Skills: You have professional proficiency in English (proficiency in German or French is a plus)
