As a Senior International Marketing Manager (m/f/d) within our Global Marketing team at EGYM Technology, you’ll drive impact across the UK, France, and Iberia. Based at our Munich Headquarter for a 12-month fixed-term mission, you will localize global campaigns, empower regional Sales teams, and ensure EGYM’s messaging delivers maximum commercial power. Your daily workout
Campaign planning: You plan, localize, and execute global marketing campaigns and regional tactics to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and sales enablement across the UK, France, and Iberia
Regional execution: You translate global marketing priorities into clear regional activities, ensuring campaigns, content, webinars, events, and sales materials are adapted to local market needs
Sales enablement: You collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to coordinate high-impact sales collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, videos, blogs, and whitepapers
Branding: You champion the EGYM brand in your regions, ensuring consistent, compelling messaging and a strong local presence across all channels
Event and webinar marketing: You collaborate with the Events and Sales teams to promote key regional events and webinars, support execution, and provide post-event reporting and analysis
Public relations: You support regional PR activities by coordinating with existing media contacts, helping identify new opportunities, and strengthening EGYM’s brand visibility across markets
Project management: You manage regional marketing requests, timelines, priorities, stakeholder communication, and reporting to ensure smooth execution across markets
Your fitness level
Experience: You have at least 5 years of broad marketing experience across multiple disciplines such as campaign management, digital marketing, PR, content, and sales enablement
Global Mindset: You have experience working across different regions and understand cultural nuances. You are an advocate for localization and doing what is best for each region you support
Skills: You have experience managing marketing campaigns and projects efficiently, ensuring on-time delivery, stakeholder alignment, and clear prioritization
Focus: You are a performance-driven marketer who is comfortable testing, learning, and optimizing activities based on results
Crossfunctionality: You act as the key link between Global Marketing and regional Sales by understanding local markets, challenging regional tactics, and standardizing workflows
Ownership: You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and are comfortable managing multiple markets, timelines, and priorities at the same time
Language skills: You are fluent in English. Spanish and/or French is a strong plus
Traveling: You are comfortable with 10–15% travel, both domestic and international
Your training goal for your first 6 months
Strategy: You deliver a clear regional marketing plan for the UK, France, and Iberia aligned with global priorities, campaign plans, KPIs, and sales enablement needs
Networking: You establish trust and a strong working cadence with key stakeholders across Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, Events, and Global Marketing
Execution: You successfully localize and execute priority campaigns, webinars, events, and sales enablement activities across the three markets
Improvement: You launch or optimize at least one regional initiative that improves brand perception, lead generation, customer engagement, or sales enablement
Acceleration: You contribute to pipeline acceleration through localized content, integrated campaign execution, and strong regional stakeholder alignment
