People around the United States trust Getaround to help them safely rent cars from friends, colleagues, neighbors, and even strangers. As a Vehicle Onboarding & Lifecycle Operations (VOLO) agent, you’ll be working with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for owners adding new cars to our platform. You’ll be directly supporting the Connected Car Vendor team by handling day-to-day administrative tasks while simultaneously completing work on special projects. Our team works primarily behind the scenes and interaction with owners will be limited though there will be daily coordination and communication with other Getaround teams and installation vendors.
This position is based in the Philippines, primarily in Manila. This is a work-from-home position with competitive hourly pay. Working days will be Monday - Friday, 9 - 6 EST.

What you’ll be doing

  • Monitor Slack notifications and complete administrative tasks
  • Review and approve vendor invoices-
  • Monitor vendor inventory levels and submit purchase orders
  • Day-to-day vendor assistance through Slack
  • Special projects may include data validation, online research
  • Receive and make calls to Installation Vendors

What you’ll need

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • 2+ years of customer support experience
  • At least 5MBPS download speed and 1MBPS upload speed internet connection (speed tests will be conducted during interviews)
  • Computer with at least 8GB of RAM
  • Headset with microphone
  • A quiet space to work from, free of background noise and other distractions
  • You enjoy taking initiative
  • You can work well as an individual and in teams
  • You’re a quick and proactive learner who can perform under pressure

Preferred Skills

  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Basic understanding of how cars operate and common car issues
  • Experience with Google sheets or excel
