Team mission
We are looking for a passionate and task driven individual to join us as a Supplier Experience Specialist. You will be working with our local sales team in driving growth in our global business and ensuring continued success of our diverse supplier network.
This team is part of the Care department at the company and the position is based in Berlin.
Your mission:
- Support the local sales team across 14 offices and their supply partners in daily operations
- Work closely with international stakeholders from content, connectivity, product and finance teams to troubleshoot and resolve supply related issues and challenges
- Lead supplier education and training on our platform, updates and tools
- Guide and train local sales teams on internal systems and processes
- Lead internal process improvement and BPO training projects
- Handle other tasks such as; monitoring price, availability and quality of existing inventory, supporting new product creation on our platform, answering partner emails and questions.
- Getting in touch with Suppliers to help them have a successful onboarding journey and enable them to be successful in our platform
Your toolkit:
- 2-4 years of prior work experience
- You thrive in a task and process led atmosphere
- You are personable, approachable and collaborative
- You are a talented communicator (both written and verbal)
- You enjoy data analysis and are comfortable with jira, excel and CRM tools
- You are a self-starter and you enjoy solving problems and improving processes
- You understand why customer centricity is core to our business needs and are able to apply this while communicating with our Business Partners
- You understand the value of effective time management and prioritization in day to day tasks
- Travel, Tour & Activity industry experience is a plus
- You are fluent in written and spoken English and one additional european language
