What you will be working on at Lifesum

We have a rare and exciting opportunity at Lifesum! This role is ideal for a highly motivated Ad Mob specialist with a passion for data-driven strategies and a proven track record of maximizing publisher revenue. This role offers a dynamic environment where you'll leverage your Ad Mob expertise to directly impact publisher revenue and technology adoption. Here's a closer look at your day-to-day:

Maximizing Revenue & Technology Adoption:

  • Craft data-driven strategies to optimize ad performance and significantly increase revenue across various markets.

  • Guide the business on integrating further networks effectively, ensuring smooth adoption and maximizing its potential.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Become an expert in key metrics like ARPDAU, ad revenue, eCPM, impressions, and fill rates. Analyze them across live ad network partners to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Implement A/B testing to continuously refine ad network monetization strategies for maximum impact.

Data-Driven Strategies & Audience Segmentation:

  • Deep dive into user data and app usage patterns to uncover audience segments for targeted advertising campaigns.

  • Develop in-market strategies based on data insights to unlock new revenue potential.

Monetization Optimization:

  • Explore and recommend new ad formats, placements, rewards, capping, and cooldown strategies for optimal user experience and revenue generation.

  • Evaluate and integrate new ad networks and mediation providers to expand reach and improve ad serving.

  • Focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) like eCPM, fill rates, and revenue per market through ongoing optimization.

Privacy & Policy

  • Good understanding of the latest privacy policy requirements in the EU, especially consent mode

  • Ability to work with DPO and CMP to ensure legal compliance

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Partner closely with product teams and developers to ensure seamless Ad Mob integration, activation, and ongoing optimization within the app.

  • Foster clear communication across multiple internal teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Staying Ahead of the Curve:

  • Continuously update your knowledge of industry research, trends, and new technologies relevant to ad monetization.

  • Apply cutting-edge solutions to push business growth and enhance inventory quality.

About you

You'll be joining a team of diverse personalities that share several work-related attributes. We are (and you should be):

4+ years of experience working with gaming or non-gaming apps on Ad Monetization

  • Analytical: detailed-oriented with the ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics

  • Highly organized: self-starter, able to focus on several projects at once and keep track of your progress

  • Proactive: taking the initiative when it comes to identifying and solving problems that arise

  • Passionate about results: a consistent track-record of delivering and exceeding on targets

  • Open to learning: comfortable receiving feedback and direction

  • Positive: building productive and positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners
