We’re looking for a AI-native Designer who’s equally strong in traditional craft and AI-native ways of working. You’ll create everything from social content to brand assets to performance marketing creative — combining typography, layout, and visual systems with the speed and possibilities of generative AI. You’ll help shape how Lifesum’s design work evolves as the tools and culture around it change.

You’ll be based at our Stockholm headquarters at Repslagargatan 17, Södermalm, working in a hybrid setup - and report directly to our Chief Experience Officer.

What you’ll do

• Design across formats — social, campaigns, performance marketing, brand assets, in-product visuals — using both traditional and AI workflows
  

• Bring strong fundamentals to every piece of work: typography, composition, hierarchy, colour
  

• Create high-quality images and video using AI tools
  

• Build performance marketing creative — ad assets and variations designed to be tested and iterated based on results
  

• Adapt visual work across social platforms, ad formats, and markets
  

• Explore new creative possibilities at the intersection of AI and design craft
  

• Work closely with marketing, social, performance, and the global brand team
  

• Help develop our creative processes and ways of working

Who you are

• A skilled graphic designer with a strong portfolio across digital (and ideally print) work
  

• Confident with typography, layout, colour, and brand systems
  

• Experienced in performance marketing — you’ve designed creative for paid channels and understand how visual decisions affect performance metrics
  

• Experienced with current generative AI tools for image and video — Midjourney, Sora, Veo, Runway, Krea, Flux, or whatever’s working best right now. We care more about your taste and how you use the tools than which ones you’ve used.
  

• Fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  

• Curious about where design is going and keen to experiment
  

• Plugged into social platforms and digital culture
  

• Confident in owning processes, juggling multiple initiatives, and driving results.
  

• Highly structured, self-motivated, and energized by a fast-paced startup environment.
  

• Located in Stockholm with working proficiency in English
  

Nice to have:

• Motion design or video production
  

• Cross-market or multi-brand experience
  

• Background in brand identity or campaign design
  

• Fluency in Swedish and or German
  

• A genuine passion for health and wellbeing

Salary range: 40,000 – 55,000 SEK per month
