Lime is hiring a Head of Global Recruiting! Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll develop and execute our Talent Acquisition strategy to hire the best talent across the globe. You’ll lead, grow, and inspire a high-performing team of recruiting professionals while ensuring we are exceeding our annual hiring goals. This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop and execute innovative strategies to help us attract world-class talent and play an integral role in hiring executive level positions across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within an evolving startup environment at a similar stage to Lime (IE: Pre-IPO). You’ll be or have been in a Director, Global Recruiting role currently or in the past. You’ll bring extensive experience leading a medium sized Recruiting function that spans across all teams of a business (IE: Engineering, Corporate, Operations/Supply Chain).
This is a US based remote position, with a preference for the East Coast time zone.

What you'll do:

  • Lead our global recruiting team while providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their growth and development
  • Manage Lime’s annual hiring plan; forecast, analyze, and report on key recruiting and sourcing metrics monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Develop insights from recruiting data to create forward-thinking recruiting strategies that progress us towards our OKRs and improve areas of opportunity
  • Collaborate with C-suite leaders and hiring managers across the organization to understand their hiring needs and provide recruiting strategy
  • Partner with the Head of People and other senior People team members to influence and drive key People priorities
  • Recruit for Senior / Executive level positions
  • Collaborate with our global brand team to develop and execute a Talent Brand strategy that showcases Lime as a market leader in the micro-mobility space
  • Be a diversity, equity, and inclusion advocate alongside our Head of DEI to deliver hiring processes that are inclusive and that our candidate pipelines reflect the diverse markets we serve

About you:

  • Deep expertise in recruiting combined with experience building and managing a global recruiting team
  • Collaborative and influential; a natural team player mentality with the ability to develop effective partnerships with stakeholders across all levels and functional areas
  • Diversity is top of mind for you. You naturally look for ways to attract and engage talent to advance our DEI mission
  • You know how to balance long-term goals with the day-to-day running of a high volume global recruiting team
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Experienced in building and deploying recruiting processes from the ground up with a focus on continued process improvement
  • Data-driven talent acquisition leader partnering with People Analytics to improve decisions and talent outcomes
The anticipated salary range for this position is $180,000.00 - $243,000.00. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
