Lime is adding a Technical Manager, Business Information Systems (BIS), to join our team

within the Finance organization. This position entails taking responsibility for the

implementation and management of our vital business applications such as NetSuite (GL,

SCM). Your role will involve shaping the approach to the design and utilization of these

applications and related systems, working in conjunction with Lime's Senior Leadership team

and our implementation partners. Additionally, you will be instrumental in developing the in-

house project capabilities of the BIS organization and driving key strategic endeavors.

The ideal candidate will have experience and foster the development of those in their vicinity.

You possess a background of working in a dynamic startup setting, showcasing familiarity

with NetSuite. Interaction with various departments to effectively execute significant

undertakings on a global scale for Lime. The ability to promptly address challenges and

formulate strategies for both immediate and future needs is essential.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $128,000 to $189,000. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
