As our HR Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring reliable, compliant, and people-centered HR operations across the hire-to-retire lifecycle. You will work at the heart of People & Culture, collaborating across the organization and with external partners, in a truly international environment.

The position is based at our HQ in Lyngby, and you will report to the Head of People & Culture.

Tasks and responsibilities

Core HR Operations

Ensure accurate and compliant HR administration across the employee lifecycle. This includes maintaining employee master data, processing joiners, movers, and leavers, drafting employment contracts and HR documentation, and securing GDPR-compliant record keeping.

Lifecycle administration and HR support

Act as front-line HR support for employees and managers, providing clear and consistent guidance aligned with company policies. You will support onboarding and offboarding in close cooperation with the Office Manager and IT, and contribute to global People & Culture processes such as performance management.

Payroll coordination

Manage monthly payroll inputs and collaborate closely with internal Payroll, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure timely and correct salary processing and reconciliation.

Global mobility

Coordinate international assignments, relocations, and cross-border employment processes, supporting both employees and the business with structured and compliant mobility solutions.

Immigration and permits

Manage work and residence permit processes, monitor right-to-work compliance, maintain documentation, and liaise with external immigration advisors to ensure smooth and lawful employment of international employees.

HRIS and data quality

Act as HRIS Subject Matter Expert for SAP SuccessFactors, including user training, governance, audits, and continuous improvement. You will manage workflows, support system integrations, and produce standard HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.

People & Culture projects

Contribute to ad hoc projects within People & Culture, supporting process optimization, scalability, and continuous improvement of HR operations.

Skills, experiences and qualifications we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, HR Consultant, or HR Coordinator roles, preferably in an international organization
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems – SAP SuccessFactors is a requirement
• Experience with global mobility, immigration, and international HR processes
• Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity when handling sensitive and confidential data
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple stakeholders and cultures
• Experience working closely with Finance, Payroll, and external vendors
• Comfortable working in a global, fast-paced environment with multiple systems and priorities
