The Opportunity

What you’ll do day to day as a Recruitment Coordinator/Sourcer
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in India in the complete application management process
- Arranging virtual and in-person interviews, along with helping in driving hiring events
- Complete end-to-end communication with the candidates (responding to applicant queries, updating them on their application status, sending invitations to interviews, rejecting unsuitable candidates by email and phone)
- Working closely with the Global People team along with the stakeholders in various domains across the organization to deliver the best experience
- Work closely with agencies/vendors as needed
What you’ll bring to the role
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any domain with the hunger to learn and grow
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Coordination
- Understanding of Talent Acquisition processes
- Experience in Recruitment & CoordinationExposure to stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Knowledge of G-Suite. ATS experience with sourcing & managing candidates
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to changing business priorities & environment
- You are a big fan of high-speed execution and understand that getting your hands dirty is the absolute minimum
