The Opportunity

As our Culture & Engagement Coordinator, you'll be a key player in creating a vibrant and inclusive workplace. You will be responsible for elevating the employee experience of Observe.AI, working in collaboration with senior leadership, the People Team and team members across the company. This position is integral to fostering a culture that champions diversity, equity, and inclusion across all departments and locations. Your main focus will be as a Culture Champion, helping to plan and execute engaging company events and initiatives, but you will also provide project support and assist with various People Team projects.

What you’ll be doing :

• Act as culture ambassador by developing initiatives to enhance employee morale and foster a sense of belonging and inclusion
• Lead the planning and execution of our annual company offsite
• Contribute to company culture by organizing in office events, sports activities and celebrations for India
• Create and execute an annual employee engagement calendar that aligns with festivals/global observances to celebrate and engage teams
• Create and distribute fun newsletters about upcoming events and observances
• Manage orders for company swag and coordinate distribution for new hires, events and other initiatives
• Assist in collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the HRIS, employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, and other sources.
• Prepare various reports and presentations for team members and leaders from around the business
• Will assist with rollout and communications related to new systems and initiatives
• Support the People team as needed

What you bring to the role:

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Experience, creativity and passion for planning events and employee engagement activities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of energy and enthusiasm with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
