We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Marketing Operations to own our marketing technology stack, enhance data strategies, develop insightful dashboards and reports to ultimately drive performance through actionable insights. You’ll define and lead the operational backbone of our go-to-market engine by supporting and leading our lead generation and pipeline target forecasting, aligning marketing KPIs with revenue goals, and drive process efficiencies. This role is essential to aligning marketing with revenue goals, enhancing our reporting, attribution and technology to deliver insights that shape our strategies and accelerate pipeline generation across the funnel. This role will report directly to the VP of Demand Generation.

What You’ll be Doing
- Define and lead the Marketing Operations strategy and roadmap, aligning marketing performance with revenue and growth goals.
- Own marketing performance analytics, including forecasting, ROI measurement, and investment modeling to guide budget and resource allocation.
- Oversee the data infrastructure and governance strategy that supports accurate attribution, lead scoring, and pipeline reporting across tools and systems.
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards to track campaign ROI, funnel health, and performance KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Support the development and forecasting of lead and pipeline targets, in partnership with Sales and Sales Ops to align with revenue goals.
- Own marketing performance analytics, including forecasting, ROI measurement, and investment modeling to guide budget and resource allocation.
- Oversee the data infrastructure and governance strategy that supports accurate attribution, lead scoring, and pipeline reporting across tools and systems.
- Oversee and optimize the marketing tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, ZoomInfo), ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Drive continuous improvements in lead management, data hygiene and enrichment, and campaign attribution to ensure all opportunities are analyzed and tracked.
- Build and manage marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and lifecycle tracking.
- Partner with GTM teams to translate business needs into scalable marketing operations solutions.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage vendor relationships and martech tools (including marketing budget and tech renewals) to improve efficiency.
- Develop and lead the Marketing Operations roadmap, prioritizing automation, process improvement, and data governance.
- Act as the executive liaison for Marketing in cross-functional revenue planning and systems integration initiatives.
What You Bring to the Role
- 8+ years of experience in marketing or revenue operations scaling operations in high-growth SaaS or AI companies..
- Knowledgeable in IT, sales, finance, marketing, and sales development integration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and drive strategic priorities across multiple functions.
- Expertise with enterprise marketing tech and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, etc.) and strong understanding of data architecture and integration best practices.
- Proven ability to manage complex data and turn insights into business strategy.
- Familiarity with attribution models, campaign tagging, and full-funnel analytics.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal customers (in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success) and translate their needs into supporting capabilities.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing vendor/budget strategy across the martech ecosystem.
- Strong analytical acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.
- Experience driving stakeholder alignment and partnering with senior executives to drive decision-making and define investment priorities.

Salary Range
The base salary compensation range targeted for this full-time position is $200,000 - $220,000 per annum. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and equity (in the form of options). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.
