Skills & Qualifications
Outbound sales calling experience
- Experience managing customer relationships and leveraging those relationships to expand business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English, Portuguese is a plus
- Hands on experience with Salesforce.com
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, Computer Engineering or relevant field
- A technical background in computer science or engineering a plus
Job Duties and responsibilities
- Drive revenue in installed base accounts from the SMB segment.
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel.
- Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements and correlate business value to customer needs
- Manage the full sales-cycle, work closely with partners and distributors.
- SMB forecasting and account/opportunity management in Salesforce.com.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop / Execute account plans for top accounts in the assigned territory.
- Complete weekly reports with the activities done, including forecasting. Keep Salesforce updated with opportunities and forecasting in order to provide visibility of the territory.
As a Inside Sales Rep you will be assigned to a specific geographic area in Latin America, in this case Country. It´s primary role is to sell Fortinet solutions while expanding the business in existing accounts. The primary focus is to generate pipeline through cross-sell and up-sell deals in accounts from the SMB segment installed base, and interact with the Field Sales Team, partners and distributors to identify, develop, accelerate and close the business opportunities.
