We are looking for one Intern Field Marketing Specialist in Spain to work under the leadership of an experienced Field Marketing Manager, to support the planning and execution of marketing programs designed to increase Fortinet's brand awareness, customer engagement, demand generation, and event attendance across the Spanish market.

The role will initially focus on operational and project support activities. As the intern develops marketing expertise and gains knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and Fortinet's business, responsibilities will expand to include ownership of specific marketing projects and direct interaction with internal stakeholders, customers, partners, agencies, and event suppliers.

Responsibilities:
The main responsibility of the intern will be to support the day-to-day operations of the Field Marketing team in Spain. Duties and responsibilities will evolve as the intern develops skills and experience.

Activities will include:

• Support the planning and execution of Fortinet-led marketing events, customer conferences, executive roundtables, webinars, and roadshows.
• Coordinate requests to Marketing Operations for email campaigns, landing pages, event registrations, graphics, and promotional assets.
• Assist in the management of event logistics, including venues, suppliers, speakers, registrations, attendee communications, and on-site execution.
• Support digital marketing programs and lead generation activities.
• Help manage relationships with external agencies and event vendors.
• Assist in post-event reporting, attendee analysis, campaign performance tracking, and ROI measurement.
• Support content marketing and communication activities, including website updates, email invitations, and social media promotion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Channel, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
• Help maintain marketing databases, event calendars, and internal reporting tools.

Required Skills:

• The student should be an Undergraduate Student studying a relevant degree with a strong Marketing component to the syllabus

• Strong interest for technology

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset

Duration of the internship:

• 1 year, starting in January 2027

Other Information:

• Main location: Madrid, Spain

• Occasional travel within Spain to support events and customer activities.

• Applicants must have the legal right to work in Spain.

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required (the working language at Fortinet is English).
