Your opportunity

At Scandit we pride ourselves on the level of demo experience we offer as well as the product videos we produce. This role will coordinate and project manage both of these areas, making it a critical part of our success.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Product Demo & Video Coordinator to join the Product Marketing team. If you are highly organized, hands-on, and great at project management, while creating compelling demo experiences and coordinating product videos sounds exciting, this role might be for you.

What you will do

• End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the creation of the Scandit demo experience from concept through execution.
• Event and Video Production Support: Manage and support demo experiences for various tradeshows and product videos.
• Video Production Oversight: Lead the project management of product video productions, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our Demo and Apps Product Manager and Industry Solutions, Product Marketing, Events, and Video teams to help define and deliver compelling demo experiences.
• Demo Enablement: Coordinate and support the training and enablement of the sales team.

Who we look for

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively from start to finish.
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in a similar role.
• Highly organized, structured, and capable of working independently.
• Practical problem-solving skills with a "get the job done" mindset.
• Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and usage of software tools.
• Good visual "feel" and an eye for detail.
• Design tools basic experience, e.g. Adobe suite
• Comfortable creating simple props or organizing creations with agencies.
• You thrive on collaboration and enjoy working together with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• You’re not afraid to get hands-on with technology and software and are willing to learn about how our products and their demos work
• Background in video, events, marketing, or technology is advantageous (a plus)
• Solid oral and written English
