Role Description

We are looking for a Hub Incharge for our location in Shillong. This is a full-time role with on-site responsibilities. As a Grocery Hub Incharge, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth hub operations, overseeing grocery delivery flow, managing grocery delivery partners, and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related fields
• Several years of prior experience in managing a Last Mile hub operations
• Demonstrated skills in managing teams of people, leading high-pressure situations, and working effectively under stress
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to manage delivery partners and work with clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Dedication to compliance and safety in all aspects of logistics operations
• Knowledge of local regulations, processes, and procedures in the Shillong area
