Job Description

Member of the Operations team, the Technical Integration Project Manager helps to develop and maintain reliable and agile interfaces with carriers and our customers. The integration team has a strategic role at Shippeo. You will work on a daily basis with developers, product managers and business teams.

The integrations concern incoming and outgoing data flows:

• Transport orders

• Incidents and events (milestones) on transport orders

• GPS positions

Your responsibilities will include :

• Coordinate concurrent integration projects with carriers, partners and customers worldwide, in particular with their ERP or TMS solutions in relation to their IT department.

• Design technical interfaces to connect carrier, partners and customers, implement them with support of a development team

• Propose processes to constantly increase the quality, speed and automation of technical interfaces

• Develop, write and maintain technical documents and support materials for the support teams.

• Provide technical support in case of incidents

• Monitor production integrations with KPIs and dashboards

• Serve as a technical expert to guarantee the success of our customers

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with min. 2 years of experience

• Excellent fluency in English and French, any other European language is an asset

• A keen interest in IT systems, with development experience being highly valued

• Understanding of data integration tools and technologies (e.g., ETL processes, API integration)

• Ability to take concrete actions, to argue, to establish consensus, to collaborate with business and technical teams

• You are dynamic, optimistic, autonomous and reactive.

• You are structured, synthetic and attentive to detail.
