We’re seeking a Senior Demand Generation Marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit, a creative mind, and a passion for data analysis. As our pioneering marketing hire in the US, you’ll be entrusted with diverse responsibilities. From crafting content and orchestrating integrated marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to coordinating events and webinars, your efforts will be pivotal in generating qualified leads and driving revenue growth. Moreover, you will shape our go-to-market strategy for this region.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and execution of dynamic digital demand generation strategies and campaigns, encompassing a wide array of channels such as content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising across SEM, display, and social media platforms.

  • Identify industry-relevant events, awards, and webinar opportunities, and manage these campaigns to drive engagement with our target audience.

  • Lead the ideation, creation, and promotion of high-quality, engaging content, ranging from PR, blog posts to whitepapers, case studies, infographics to videos, meticulously tailored to resonate with target personas and stages of the buyer's journey with the support of the content and the product marketing team

  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including sales and product marketing, and marketing operations ensuring alignment of demand generation initiatives with business objectives and target audiences.

  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing campaign performance metrics (lead quality, conversion rates, cost per lead, etc.) and optimizing strategies for maximum impact and ROI.

  • Streamline the lead nurturing process to facilitate a smooth handover from marketing to sales.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to identify new opportunities and shape campaign approaches.

  • Forge strong partnerships with partner organizations to amplify joint campaign efforts.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve demand generation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience, with a preference for B2B SaaS background.

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience effectively orchestrating demand generation, lead generation, and content marketing strategies across digital channels, as well as organizing events and webinars.

  • Strong writing and editing skills to create engaging content across various formats such as blog posts, whitepapers, scripts, and social media updates.

  • Proficient experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Pardot.

  • Collaborative spirit and adaptability to thrive in a global, cross-functional environment,

  • Profound familiarity with data analysis tools like Google Analytics and Tableau as well as expertise in SEO strategies and utilizing paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.

  • Expertise in web analytics, A/B testing methodologies, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
