Job Description

Shippeo is seeking a proactive Carrier Account Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in integrating carriers onto our platform, ensuring seamless and successful implementations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Carrier Integration: Present Shippeo's solution to carriers, engage decision-makers, and lead the entire integration process.

  • Technical Solutions: Define and manage technical specifications with carriers, ensuring integrations are delivered as planned.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key carrier accounts, meeting with their management teams to deeply understand their operations and technical structures.

  • Ongoing Support: Maintain regular contact with carrier accounts to ensure compliance with client projects and create use cases that demonstrate the benefits Shippeo provides.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to execute carrier onboarding activities within the defined KPIs.

CRM Management: Keep our CRM and reporting tools up to date, maintaining impeccable records for analysis and informed business decisions.

Qualifications

To excel in this role and contribute effectively to our mission, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in account management or client-facing roles, preferably within the logistics or transportation industries

  • Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and attention to detail.

  • Communication Skills: Proficient in communication, presentations, public speaking, leading agendas, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated ability to connect with stakeholders of different seniority levels, from IT managers to executives or company owners.

  • Personal Attributes: Possess empathy, curiosity, drive, and ambition to succeed.

  • SaaS Experience: Previous experience in B2B SaaS is advantageous.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with API/EDI integrations in logistics or transportation industries is beneficial.
