Job Description

Duration: 6 months
Start Date: ASAP
Stipend: €1200 - €1400 per month (based on experience)
Languages: English and French, English and Dutch, or English and German Location: Paris or Rotterdam
Remote Work:
Partial remote work possible, to be discussed with your supervisor

At Shippeo, you'll be part of a vibrant team with diverse international backgrounds. Our Customer Success team of 10 professionals ensures the successful adoption of our solution across various industries. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience, working closely with your mentor on key aspects of the customer journey. Based on your performance, you'll even have the chance to lead projects independently!

Your Role:

As a Customer Success Intern, you will:

  • Support Implementation: Assist in the seamless implementation and adoption of Shippeo's platform for our customers.

  • Coordinate Actions: Organize, coordinate, and follow up on agreed actions with customers to ensure project success.

  • Communicate Needs: Identify and specify customer needs, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Lead Meetings: Prepare and conduct weekly meetings and business reviews to keep stakeholders updated on project progress, whether on-site or remotely.

  • Drive Initiatives: Participate in cross-team projects and initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of our product and processes.

Qualifications

You Are Our Next Shippian If You:

  • Are fluent in English and one of the following languages: French, Dutch, German, or Italian.

  • Are currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree program at an Engineering or Business school.

  • Possess strong analytical skills and can efficiently handle daily customer requests.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Are well-organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.

  • Are autonomous and eager to take on responsibilities
