Job Description
Duration: 6 months
Start Date: ASAP
Stipend: €1,200 - €1,300 per month (based on experience)
Languages: Fluency in English and French is required for this role, along with proficiency in an additional European language. German, Polish or Italian are preferred, though other European languages are also valuable.
Location: Paris (75010)
Remote Work: Partial remote work available, to be discussed with your manager
Opportunity: A permanent position may be offered upon successful completion of the internship, based on performance
About the role
Customer Delivery Manager
As a Customer Delivery Manager (Project Implementation Manager) Intern, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, ensuring seamless service delivery, and fostering customer loyalty. Acting as the primary contact for your portfolio of accounts, you’ll guide clients through onboarding and integration with our cutting-edge logistics technology, handling all operational requests from carrier onboarding to ongoing support.
What You’ll Do:
Onboard New Carriers: Introduce carriers to Shippeo’s platform, persuade decision-makers to adopt our solution, guide them through onboarding, and ensure successful integration.
Manage Operational Requests: Respond promptly to questions and inquiries from both carriers and customers within your portfolio.
Customize Technical Solutions: Partner with carriers to define tailored technical solutions, lead technical specifications, and oversee integration delivery according to plan.
Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with accounts by engaging with their management teams and understanding their operational and technical needs.
Ensure Compliance and Success: Maintain consistent communication with accounts to ensure alignment with project requirements, creating use cases that showcase Shippeo’s benefits to their operations.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with the Operations team to execute all carrier onboarding activities smoothly.
- Maintain System Accuracy: Keep accurate records in CRM and other reporting tools to ensure up-to-date account and activity tracking.
