Job Description
We’re looking for a highly motivated, curious, and structured Business Operations Intern to join our Operations Excellence team. As the right hand of the Lead Operations Excellence, you’ll play a key role in improving our internal processes, optimizing performance, and contributing to strategic cross-functional projects.
Working closely with the Lead Operations Excellence, your main responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing, documenting, and helping optimize internal processes.
- Supporting Customer Experience Teams to help them reach high Customer Satisfaction.
- Supporting and managing cross-functional projects focused on operational efficiency.
- Building dashboards and performance indicators to support decision-making.
- Developing internal tools to increase team daily efficiency
- Conducting research and benchmarking on best practices and innovative tools.
Qualifications
🎊 You are our next Shippian if you:
- Are fluent in English and French (knowledge of a third European language is a plus).
- Are currently enrolled in a Master Degree program from an Engineering or Business school
- Have profound analytical skills and can efficiently handle daily customer requests.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Notion, PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau…) is a plus.
- Are well-organized in your work and can handle multiple responsibilities.
- Are autonomous and willing to take on responsibilities in a startup that aims to revolutionize an entire sector.
- Great team spirit and strong communication skills.
