Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run.

We want you as a talented Logistics Intern to help us in our mission by ensuring the seamless flow of materials and equipment essential for the development and deployment of our space technologies.

Key responsibilities:

In your capacity as a Logistics Intern, your role will be continuously evolving, but day to day your duties will include:

• Supporting all aspects of warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of components for Nyx.

• Maintaining ERP systems (Odoo) to track supplies and avoid shortages or excess.

• Supporting all activities in our ERP Inventory system (data cleanliness, data upload (delivery notes), data input).

• Assisting in setting up and refining logistics processes to support the scalability of capsule production.

• Communicating with external logistics service providers, such as transportation (DHL, UPS) vendors and customs brokers.

What we would love to see from you:

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Competence in using modern warehouse management software and systems.

• A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and technologies.

• A team player mindset with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

• A valid forklift license or experience with other warehouse machinery are a plus.
