Be a Data Wizard: Engage with key stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into actionable data backed insights.

Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.

Specific areas of focus will include: sales and customer success analytics, compensation calculations for the GTM team, management of conversational analytics platform, managing customer contract data (pricing proposals and purchase orders)

Conduct deep-dive analyses of business processes and objectives, implementing new metrics that enhance strategic and operational decision-making.

Proactively introduce new ideas and develop creative, engaging data visualizations to facilitate insight accessibility and enhance decision-making.
- •
Manage and improve all business intelligence processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- •
Support automation efforts to streamline reporting and analytical processes across the organization.
- •
Basic English proficiency required (writing messages and joining meetings in English)
