Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Extensive hands-on experience with industrial machinery and maintenance, including alignment, balancing, and failure analysis.

Strong knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques, including vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and oil analysis.
- •
Proficiency with vibration analyzers, shaft alignment tools, and data acquisition systems.
- •
Experience with fault identification and inspection of bearings, gears, and rotating equipment, understanding wear patterns and failure mechanisms.
- •
Understanding of common industrial equipment, such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, and rotating machinery.
- •
Familiarity with condition monitoring techniques and root cause analysis.
- •
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose mechanical and reliability issues.
- •
Effective communication skills for collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders.
- •
Experience with project documentation and maintenance.
- •
Advanced proficiency in English.
