Identify risks early in negotiations and take action to mitigate them.

Share best practices and standardize templates for repeatable deal types.
- •
Improve CRM workflows (HubSpot) and integrate deal desk data.
- •
Help automate approval processes and improve deal forecasting.
- •
Document processes and train GTM teams on deal desk usage.
