Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

Four or more years of experience recruiting senior leaders, most commonly at the Director and Vice President level, within go to market, revenue, or customer facing organizations.

Proven track record of successfully placing executive and senior leadership talent who have scaled teams, led managers, and driven meaningful business outcomes.
- •
Strong understanding of organizational design, leadership competencies, and go to market strategy, with the ability to assess executives on strategy, execution, and people leadership.
- •
Ability to evaluate senior leaders using objective indicators such as team performance, revenue growth, organizational scale, hiring and development outcomes, and change leadership.
- •
Exceptional communication, discretion, and relationship building skills, with the ability to build trust with executive candidates, founders, board members, and senior stakeholders.
- •
Proficiency with modern recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing platforms, and comfort managing long cycle, high touch executive search processes in fast paced environments.
