Vida’s Member Marketing team is looking for an Enrollment Marketing Associate to help us transform the lives of our members. In this role, you'll own the day-to-day execution of emails and the creation and sending of digital and print materials for prospective and current Vida members. A successful candidate has experience with email marketing programs and excellent attention to detail. You understand the importance of leveraging best-in-class technology across channels to provide targeted and personalized communications.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and delivery of print, email, SMS and other content requirements.
- Manage member marketing calendar, scheduling and deployment.
- Continuously A/B test and optimize campaigns to drive incremental gains in conversion and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform the messaging strategy for each lifecycle stage of customers.
- Be a positive contributor on a small and nimble team.
- Be willing to tackle new projects as they come up.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Previous experience working with email marketing platforms like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud etc.
- Ability to solve problems, seek automations and provide solutions.
- Self-starter comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Creative and resourceful- able to come up with out-of-the-box ideas and bring them to life.
- Incredible attention to detail and execution-oriented.
- Team player who can effectively partner with other key stakeholders.
- Passionate about digital health and/or changing the status quo of healthcare.
- Basic HTML knowledge.
