WorkFusion is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior/Principal Solutions Consultant to join our team. This role requires a professional with a strong background in consultative technology selling. The ideal candidate will be able to independently execute all aspects of the pre-sales role, quickly getting up to speed and contributing to the team's success.
General Functions of the Role
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in both intelligent automation and the WorkFusion platform.
- Manage all technical aspects of the sales process, involving other WorkFusion experts as needed.
- Work across multiple accounts and collaborate with several Account Executives.
- Create, customize, and lead product demos and proofs of concepts that highlight the value of WorkFusion’s solutions.
- Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure sales success.
- Contribute to RFIs, RFPs, questionnaires, and other customer requests.
- Lead discovery workshops to understand customer requirements, create solution design documents, and build a WorkFusion Business Case to address these needs.
- Stay informed on industry trends and current events that impact our customers and prospects.
- Maintain a deep technical knowledge of WorkFusion’s platform and packaged use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead initiatives that drive growth and establish WorkFusion as a leader in the AI industry by executing the end-to-end pre-sales lifecycle for strategic accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and product expert, and delivering exceptional product demonstrations, leading proof of value engagements, orchestrating RFx/Infosec/TPRM responses, designing comprehensive solutions, and delivering results to operational leaders and executives.
- Foster strong relationships as the solutions lead for strategic partnerships, defining and influencing go-to-market solutions strategies in collaboration with partner teams, and ensuring effective education of partner sales and solutions teams.
- Partner with the marketing team as the solutions lead for industry events, analyst briefings, and webinars; provide direct solutions-related feedback for new and updated marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the product team and solution engineering to design new product demonstrations that solve industry problems, meet expectations, and align with our delivery approach and value proposition.
- Proactively identify and share findings and results from the field with internal teams to support improvements in the sales and solutions lifecycle.
- Mentor the solutions consulting team by sharing knowledge gained from the field, product updates, and marketing events.
- Provide pre-sales support across all stages of the sales cycle, from qualification to close and expansion.
- Develop and maintain an unparalleled understanding of WorkFusion's platform and product offerings by collaborating with industry consultants, product owners, and engineering teams.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of automation, digital transformation, process improvement, machine learning, RPA, and/or similar software segments.
- Excellent oral, written, presentation, storytelling, interpersonal communication, and relationship skills.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in or supporting sales organizations (pre-sales, account management, product management).
- Experience with a variety of technology solutions, particularly in intelligent automation and banking operational systems.
- Prior experience in B2B pre-sales, with a focus on selling to banking and financial service companies.
- Proven time management skills in a dynamic team environment, preferably in sales or consulting.
- Demonstrates initiative, self-motivation, and high-quality results while meeting expectations.
- Inquisitive, practical, and passionate about technology and sharing knowledge.

The compensation range for this position is $175k - $250k.
