What we are looking for

Are you a seasoned product leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and customer impact? Do you want to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of enterprise field service automation?

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across our platform. You’ll be responsible for defining product vision and strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions that drive measurable value for our customers. If you’re passionate about building scalable products, influencing company direction, and operating in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Where you are located

Anywhere in the US; able to collaborate with customers and teams in other countries or continents as needed, either remotely or in-person

What you’ll do

  • Own the customer problem: Immerse yourself in field-service workflows and lead regular conversations with enterprise clients, solution admins, and end-users; translate pain points into elegant, high-impact product experiences.
  • Shape the Platform roadmap: Work alongside the existing Studio Z PM to expand capabilities (builders, workflows, deployment, extensibility), and define what comes next.
  • Drive platform reliability: Champion availability, performance, and trust by partnering with engineering to deliver enterprise-grade reliability.
  • Own outcomes, not just features: Prioritize ruthlessly, focusing on the features that create the most customer and business value. Ensure execution is flawless and measurable.
  • Demand quality: Set a high bar for delivery. Insist on details, reliability, and polish so that the problems you solve are trusted by developers and enterprise users alike.
  • Collaborate broadly: Align engineering, design, solutions delivery, and GTM teams to deliver features that balance speed, scale, and quality.
  • Build the team: Start hands-on, then help scale a team of PMs focused on platform and reliability.

What you’ll bring to the table

  • Platform experience: 6+ years in product management, with at least 3 years on SaaS platforms, developer tools, or extensibility frameworks. Prior hands-on software engineering background is a major plus.
  • Customer-obsessed: Proven experience building products based on direct customer and end-user insights.
  • Execution-driven: Track record of shipping high-quality features with measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial, independent, and biased‑for‑action: You thrive in 0→1 environments and make data‑informed decisions at speed.
  • Technical depth: Familiar with enterprise SaaS architecture, APIs, integrations, event-driven workflows, and multi-tenant cloud systems.
  • Reliability expertise: Experience improving platform availability, performance, and resilience (SLOs/SLAs, observability, incident response).
  • Collaborative leader: Able to partner with peers (including existing Studio Z PM) and build alignment across teams.
  • Attention to detail: Known for setting a high standard of quality and sweating the details.
  • Expert in agile product development: Comfortable with instituting sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Outstanding written & verbal communication: able to influence C‑level stakeholders, enter sales discussions, and communicate with frontline technicians.
  • Familiarity with field‑service, vertical SaaS, or enterprise workflow domains.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Mendix, OutSystems).
  • Background in workflow automation or enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Hands-on technical foundation (engineering, architecture, or similar).
  • Education: B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; MBA nice‑to‑have.
