• Lead operations for the Amigo vertical for Pune and Hyderabad.
• Manage the entire ground team ( TLs execs) to drive Amigo supply growth in the city.
• Ensure all necessary metrics are driven in the best possible way suggest improvements continuously
• Identify gaps in operational performance in co-ordination with the central operations team
• Define processes for improving the operational efficiency
• Responsible for hiring and managing blue collared employees for running operations
• Responsible for planning and monitoring execution of processes
