Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic Ops Recruiter to manage multiple location recruitment activities and meet their staffing demands. The ideal candidate will develop and implement efficient recruitment strategies, leverage technology to streamline the hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-volume recruitment strategies to meet staffing goals
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple location/positions simultaneously
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
  • Assist with the creation and optimization of job descriptions to attract qualified candidates
  • Assist with the implementation and management of social media job advertising campaigns
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate on-site interviewsAnalyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP)
  • Experience with interviewing and recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
