We are looking for a Junior IT Support Technician (all genders) to start immediately in our office in Berlin, Germany!

You will:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support for staff and freelancers
  • Assist in the ongoing maintenance of Macs, PCs and Linux machines
  • Ongoing administration of technical inventory and license management
  • Provide support for audio/visual equipment within the office

You are:

  • Proactive and self-reliant - you work independently to achieve goals and prioritise work as needed
  • Reliable and committed to delivering high-quality work
  • Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about IT and technology as a whole
  • Interested in solving technical issues and providing technical insight for solutions
  • Adaptive to new technologies and are eager to learn about them

You have:

  • Experience with deploying and managing Macs on the desktop
  • Experience with Okta as an administrator or other access management services
  • Experience working with Windows Deployment Services and other management solutions.
  • Experience supporting Windows and Linux computers
  • Elementary knowledge of using and supporting Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • An analytical mindset and are able to communicate complex matters in a structured way

Nice to have:

  • Experience with IT support ticketing systems
  • Elementary to intermediate knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python, Powershell)
  • Written and spoken German skills
